Ever since school, I’ve tried my hand at any instrument that was put in front of me. Or any instrument that was put near me, which I grabbed with or without consent of its owner. Call it an endearing quirk…

As you may have seen, ‘Invincible’ was released on 15th March 2019, and it was this endearing quirk that led to the composition of this new track. Last December, I was on a family holiday in Cornwall and found myself in a village music shop. It was in the final days of a closing down sale and, combined with another of my endearing quirks, the irresistible urge for bargain-hunting; I saved both an electric and bass guitar from the scrapheap.

Over the next few weeks, I played anything and everything I knew how on these new instruments and Invincible was born. Every sound you hear was played by yours truly. I’m extremely proud of the track, and would love it if you watched the video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2hX-5dU7fgA

Returning to my roots, I’m also working on a new dance track, with superstar producer Joey Stux. His official remixes include Calvin Harris, Maroon 5 and Charlie Sloth. So, in short, he’s not bad at his job. I’m so exciting to be collaborating with him. For now, watch this space, and check out Joey’s Spotify here. Get ready Ibiza and Ayia Napa…

Speaking of which, guess who else is now officially a Spotify artist…

And finally, I’ve been playing some outstanding weddings recently. There’s a real change in what people are looking for this year; they want excitement, flexibility and something a little different.

Demand for my combination sets have risen (DJ and Sax, Sax and Piano etc.) and I don’t go anywhere without my wireless kit any more. Credit to Rosie Kelly Photography for these beautiful shots.

And credit to Off The Wall studios for brand new videography, including my sax cover of Sigala and Ella Eyre’s Came Here For Love.
